NEW! Creative Nail Design's Shellac nail polish. This product is the best of nail polish and the best of gel nails combined into one great, long lasting product, with no smudging, or chipping for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Shellac paints on like a traditional nail polish - base coat, 2 coats of colour and a top coat - and then is cured under a UV light, resulting in a zero dry time.
The Shellac colours are hypo-allergenic, and "3-free" - no formaldehyde, toluene or DBP. AVENUE SPA is one of few spas in Ottawa carrying this product line.
